RealResponse offers a safe, confidential, digital feedback-sharing platform.

Although initially focused on student athletics, the company now has over 200 customers spanning professional leagues, integrity units, and national governing bodies, as well as colleges and universities. Their long-term goal is a digital solution that any organization can use to uplift voices and facilitate difficult conversations.

Next, we expanded on the existing site architecture with a new sitemap, more than tripling the number of pages.

This involved connecting all content to keep users clicking and engaging, vastly minimizing navigational “dead ends.” This intuitive structure lets users easily find what they’re looking for, learn more about RealResponse, understand the solutions and platform, and explore client success stories–all of which helps increase the total amount of time on site.

Finally, we sprinkled client testimonials across the site to further build trust and give potential customers more of an understanding of how RealResponse could work for them. We also designed a carousel that could be placed on any page to drive users to customer stories and case studies, encouraging self-directed exploration and increasing pageviews.

Results

After the launch, RealResponse was thrilled with the new website and can now use it to effectively drive sales. Isovera moved the brand to a new level of sophistication beyond their current audience.

We started a success plan with RealResponse right away to help with long-term marketing. This includes design, support, email marketing, web tracking, and ensuring their website is integrated with their CRM platform, HubSpot to increase lead gen.
