ProcessUnity approached Isovera, intending to revamp its legacy website, which faced significant user experience challenges. What began as a request to improve navigation quickly evolved into a comprehensive redesign focused on lead generation, a flexible CMS, platform security, and brand refinement.

Isovera proposed a revamped user experience featuring streamlined navigation to efficiently guide users through the sales funnel. The journey involved modernizing the site’s look and feel, highlighting thought leadership, and implementing a flexible, scalable, and secure CMS.

The strategy aimed to build a well-oiled lead generation machine, starting with realigning a confusing mega-menu into a contemporary and user-friendly navigation system.

The entire site was redesigned, and responsive back-end components were created to empower content authors to build pages tailored to evolving marketing needs. By streamlining the mega-menu into four main sections and introducing “window shade” navigation, ProcessUnity’s UX was significantly enhanced. The new site clarified the company’s market expertise, reorganized “deep dive” content for cross-selling, and directed users toward clear calls to action.

Isovera built the site on WordPress, utilizing Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for responsive components and leveraging Pantheon hosting for optimal security and support.

The collaboration between Isovera and ProcessUnity’s content authoring team resulted in a flexible CMS that empowers the internal team to add new pages and sections, supporting future marketing initiatives.

By simplifying complex content with intuitive UX/UI, Isovera successfully advanced ProcessUnity’s lead generation goals, improved the sales pipeline funnel, differentiated the brand, and showcased thought leadership. Isovera’s SEO optimization efforts, prior to and after launch, also contributed to the website’s success, significantly increasing organic traffic and keyword rankings.

The project’s success was marked by ProcessUnity’s recognition at the 2023 Web Excellence Awards, receiving the Innovative Website Approach to User Engagement and Conversion award.
